can i use my own mount if i already purchased one with my tv?

you are more than welcome to provide your own mount and many people do provide their own bespoke vogels mount etc, please specify the make and model of the mount when placing an order. Please also ensure that the mount is fit for purpose and suitable for the installation conditions.

i have a plasterboard wall can i have my tv on it?

our engineers carry a wide selection of fixings and in most cases are able to fix all plasma screens to plasterboard walls, please specify wall construction when placing your order if it is a concern, along with the size and weight of your screen.

how long will the installatiion take?

installation times vary in accordance with the conditions, however an average tabletop service takes 1 hour, a wall mount service 2 h and bespoke service up to 5 h.

do i need to prepare anything, move furniture or de connect existing equipment?

no please leave all the lifting and moving to us we will use dust sheets where needed to protect existing furnishings and are more than happy to disconnect your existing setup. It would be nice to have a kettle handy though.

will i need any additional leads or cables?

this varies from customer to customer depending on location of hardware in relation to the screen, however our engineers carry a full line of leads in varying lengths at Internet prices should you require any.

can i pay the engineer by cash after the installation?

cash is not our preferred method of payment however in some circumstances we will make exceptions for minor amounts for cables etc. Installations should be paid for by debit or credit card or by bacs transfers, offering you the consumer more protection and security.

can i have the installation completed in the evening or weekend?
 
yes we provide an after 6pm service an weekend service at an additional £24.99 per installation, we also provide a night service please contact us for more information.

i have a home cinema system can you install this also?

we provide a home cinema installation service please visit the services pages prices start from £124.99  for 5.1 system

I need to relocate my sky box and the cables need moving can you do that?

we can relocate them for you, prices vary depending on where the equipment will be located in most cases if we can extend them on the exterior wall its generally £34.99

I am not sure what leads I need to connect my equipment can you help?

we can advise you on what leads will be require just let us know what equipment will be connected and we can take it from there.
I would like an AV input plate with my installation can you help?
we can supply and install a full range of input plates for any connection including DVI, HDMI, SVideo, DV. BS, Component, 3.5 jack, USB, VGA, RJ45, F type, Coax, telephone and home cinema plates, call us to discuss and we can help you decide what you need and provide a cost, this service is only available with installation services.

my telephone line needs relocating after we move the sky receiver can you help?

our engineers can relocate this for you and prices start from £29.99  but vary from job to job depending on how much work is involved or if the cabling is to be concealed, give us a call and we can discuss your requirements.
