Method Statement - Model
Each Installation and Customer Premises are individual and will be assessed accordingly prior to any installation/maintenance work being carried out by AV Installs staff. This will be done via our stringent Site Survey Visit. After completion of the Site Survey the customer will be asked to agree with the content and conclusion of the site survey, both with regard to Risk, Health and Safety as well as the customer requirements. Any such aspect of the installation which may not be free from risk will be determined at the point of survey and appropriate provisions be arranged to ensure a safe working environment for both the customer and AV Installs staff.
Arrival at Customers Premises
Upon arrival at your home, whether this visit is solicited, scheduled or otherwise, our installation engineers will seek permission for entrance. Prior to access being granted they will be prepared to observe all stated or implied individual customs or house rules and behave respectfully in all circumstances. We will also discuss with you any immediate observations with regards to health and safety concerns regarding risks to our employees or customers.
