Equipment will be installed in a professional manner in accordance with the relevant Manufacturers guidelines and such that it can be maintained

All engineers will only work to their certified capabilities and no attempts will be made by any individual to carry out work in which they are not authorised, trained or certified to do.

All work completed by av installs will come complete with a sign of customer satisfaction sheet where customers have the opportunity to comment on the service they have recieved.
